1 can't get through 2 unable to talk to an advisor 3 having trouble with website 4no conformation of registering 10 year warranty costing 160 pounds very very frustrating why can't it all b simpler

I would like to purchase a cardboard box for my brand new hob please. Basically I bought it and it is incorrect but my builders binned the box it came in.

Nothing happened. I rang Zanussi at least 10 times but there was no answer. I've emailed and nothing
